Costa-Hoffman Genus IV, 3-Ended Minimal Surface

The computer-aided discovery of new embedded minimal surfaces is documented in "The Mathematical Intelligencer" by David Hoffman and Henri Matisse, published in 1987 as volume 9, issue 8. Programmer James Hoffman originally provided me with meshes for these surfaces that I then thickened using software I developed myself, which can be found on SourceForge at https://sourceforge.net/projects/dotsplus3d/.
