Cosplay Mask, Hat and Wig Stand

The design emphasis was minimalism and speed of printing. I have also included an optional\additional Halo part for keeping flexible items such as Hats and Wigs in shape.</p> <p>My protoype was a little small for my Batman Cowl so therefore if your printer can manage a larger print it may be worth tweaking the scale in your slicer by 5-10%.</p> <p>Parts are a reasonably tight interferance fit but can be glued for greater security.</p> <p>Printing Instructions:</p> <p>1.The things were printed fast using a 0.8mm nozzle, 0.6mm layer height and @40mms. 1 perimeter and 7% infill.</p> <p>2.Further speed reductions may be achieved with only printing bottom layers and rely on the infill for rigidity. Largest part was printed in under an hour.</p> Category: Organization
