I'm helping a friend with an upcoming build and came across Uncle_Jessy's YouTube post (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OM5hwTrVnRU). I could have printed the calipers diagonally, but instead, I wanted to print them in one piece. The centre pin was redesigned to add pressure so the calipers stay in place once set. The arms were printed at 0.20 and the nut and screw at 0.12. Additionally, I found that Fusion's screws have tight tolerances, so I reduced the size of the screw by 1.5% in the slicer. Once printed, CA and baking soda were used to reinforce the split joint, then sanded it all flat. If anyone wants to modify these calipers, feel free to use the SVG file from Uncle_Jessy's original post (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2892755) or get a copy of my Fusion 360 design here (https://a360.co/309hXki).
