Cosmetic Face Pads Holder

<p>This idea came about thanks to a suggestion from a work colleague who needed a face pads holder/ dispenser which was easily relocateable but less likely to topple over or be knocked off the dressing table.</p> <p>The 5mm x 60mm Dia steel disc weight in the lower cavity can be found on eBay:<br/> <a href="https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/302638393122">https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/302638393122</a><br/> Secure it in place with a line of CA glue around the edge and seal it in the cavity with the lower cover, again using a thin bead of CA glue around the inner edge/ step on the base cover.</p> <p>It stands a little shy of 120mm high and has a diameter of 70mm.</p> <p>Assembly is quite self-explanatory - An alternative weight can be used, like a small disc of lead roof flashing should be OK, as this will still be sealed inside the base.<br/> The whole item is otherwise quite light, so some sort of anti-topple method is useful (noone really wants their hygiene items to end up on the floor!).</p> <h3> Print Settings</h3> <p><strong>Printer Brand:</strong></p> <p>Prusa</p> <p><p class="detail-setting printer"><strong>Printer: </strong> <div><p>i3 MK3</p></div><strong>Rafts:</strong></p> <p>No</p> <p><p class="detail-setting supports"><strong>Supports: </strong> <div><p>Doesn't Matter</p></div><strong>Resolution:</strong></p> <p>0.2mm</p> <p><p class="detail-setting infill"><strong>Infill: </strong> <div><p>15%</p></div><br/> <strong>Filament:</strong><br/> Generic PLA PLA Colour to suit. <br/> <p class="detail-setting notes"><strong>Notes: </strong> </p><div><p>On the Prusa MK3, with the PRusa Slicer 2.3.1 and with suports selected for 'everywhere', it will still manage to print the lower cavity without using supports underneath - just allow it to 'Detect Bridging Parameters' and it'll work.<br/> Use brims just in case, but this may not be necessary.</p> </div></p></p></p></p> Category: Organization
