Cosiflor Plissee 2001-2006 Spannschuh

This is a spare part for a Plissee system used 2001-2006. Those parts are no longer available (at reasonable prices) so I decided to model this "Spannschuh" myself. I used Autodesk Fusion 360 for this purpose and tried to replicate the original precise enough so it does fit it's counterpart. My parents in law have since replaced a few of the damaged originals with my prints and so far they didn't complain. Print Settings Printer Brand: Velleman Printer: K8400 Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 100% Filament: Sunlu PETG black Notes: Not an easy print (at least for me). Supports are difficult to remove, mainly because the part itself is very tiny. After experimenting with different rotations of the stl for printing I can tell that the flat print worked best for me. There apparently is no real tension on the fragile parts and thus no improvements by vertical or titlted printing. Category: Other
