Combined the self-triggering mechanism of the sliptonic's design to perfectly align with pertopixel's beautiful car model. Changes made: Compressed the corvette side-to-side to fit standard pinewood derby track dimensions. Expanded it up-down and front-back to accommodate standard pinewood derby wheels. Hollowed out the trunk of the corvette to enable the CO2 mechanism. Simplified the CO2 mechanism for a single cartridge. Notes: The trigger mechanism remains unresolved, consisting of a rod that rests on the starting gate and travels up the bottom of the car to hold back the catches. The car model features a hole for the trigger, but the channel in the bottom has not been extruded yet. Also, printer tolerances allowed for a precise friction fit, although your machine's tolerances may vary significantly.
