I couldn't find a 36-tooth driven speedo gear (GM 25513043) for my 1991 Chrevrolet Corvette Automatic anywhere - it had been discontinued on all of the popular Corvette parts websites. So, I designed and printed my own compatible version. This gear fits on to the GM 10456091 speed sensor and is driven by the GM 8640517 17-tooth speedometer drive gear, which is the correct combination for my 2.59 rear ratio with 17-inch wheels. Caution: Please use this at your own peril! Make sure your plastic of choice can withstand the hot temperatures and corrosive nature of automatic transmission fluid. The last thing you want is for molten plastic to end up damaging your automatic transmission box.
