This model showcases the light grey plastic plugs used in the sides of Corvair-based rear engine pickup trucks, specifically the Rampside and Loadside models produced from 1961 to 1965. Unfortunately, these parts are no longer obtainable. Given their outdoor location, PETG is the recommended material for printing. Top-up printing with supports under the interior and edges at 240/60 degrees C yields superior results. To achieve optimal quality on the thin edges, use a .15mm resolution with 4 top layers. A 50% infill setting provides sufficient strength.
