Print it with the zerk fitting and grease channel end facing up, also you want to increase the printer wall thickness or wall line count to 4 or greater, you'll need to get a larger 10mm zerk fitting and lightly heat fitting to help make threads in the tool. you'll also need to rotate it during use to fill the cage evenly, a helper is handy.
