Corsair Virtuoso Headset Ear Pad Adapters V2

I love the virtuoso but have had a problem with the earcups being too shallow. So to fix this, I ordered some new ones from Brainwavz. I originally tried to use the adapters made my MIKEYMCC but couldn't get them to work with the earcups I had ordered (or maybe I was doing something wrong lol). Either way, using their design as inspiration, I modeled this new solution and after a lot of failed prints, I got this working solution. This design should work fine with any round 100mm earcups as long as they have the same inner hole as the Brainwavz one (55mm x 55mm). It may also work with smaller holes if you make deeper cutouts in step 2. ## Instructions 1. This comes in two parts, `Corsair_Inner.stl` should first be printed and then fit into the inside of the earcup. It's a bit tricky to get in there but you should be able to get it in if you start at the cutout slot and then rotate it in from there.. 2. Once you have that in, you may need to make some small cuts to the earcup to let the three little rectangles through. You can see this on one of the images I posted. I just cut it out with a scissors and you can see it's not super accurate. Doesn't matter though since it goes on the inside :) 3. Then use some hot glue or other adhesive to prevent the inner piece from sliding. I used hot glue and it seems to work fine 4. Finally, you need to print `Corsair_Shoe_V2.2.stl`. This piece should snap right on to the top of the piece you were working on earlier. Then you're done!
