Corsair Vengeance C70 - Headphone Holder
thingiverse
I designed and crafted this headphone holder from scratch specifically for the Corsair Vengeance C70 case, tailored perfectly for my Sennheiser HD558 headphones. However, it should fit any headphones with a band measuring less than 43mm snugly. With some minor editing, you can easily remix it to accommodate different headphones. The holder attaches securely to the case by inserting the circle pegs/feet into two of the large holes situated in the middle of the top surface. When I printed this design, it peeled off slightly from the plate at one corner but ultimately resulted in a beautiful smooth curve on the top side. Considering the minor imperfection, I decided against reprinting it. After printing, I extended the length by 1 mm to ensure a tighter fit along the edge of the case. To rectify the slight flatness issue on my first print, a reprint is necessary. I opted for a layer height of .1313 when printing this design, but you may be able to achieve better results with a slightly thicker layer height. The entire printing process took approximately two hours at a speed of 50mm/s and that particular layer height setting.
