After my one-year-old son shattered the hinges on both sides, I managed to fix this headset. It seems to be a common issue with this particular model, and it doesn't fit perfectly but functions decently enough. The Scad source is included for reference, although it's pretty complicated – apologies if that's confusing. V2 has been updated with STL files for both parts, and the screw hole has been slightly reduced in size to lower the risk of the screw head breaking through. Print settings: Using a Utimaker original printer with Cura v. 15.02.1 software, printing at a speed of 75 mm/s with PLA material, layer height of 0.1mm, and a 0.8mm shell thickness, I added a brim to ensure adhesion. Infill is set to 25% for support structures. A PH0000 screwdriver is required for removing the screws, so be sure to have that handy before starting your project.
