I designed this set of brackets as a custom commission to replace a hard-to-find Corsair 8x 120mm fan tray used in one of their massive cases. The full tray is too large to print on most 3D printers (around 500x260mm), so I created individual brackets that can be screwed together to form a self-supporting fan assembly. These brackets were made based on measurements and a basic flat model provided by the commissioner, but I don't know if they'll actually work since I don't have the case in question. The 3ds max file is included for anyone who needs it, so you can modify the brackets as needed. The first picture shows half of the assembly built with four 120mm fans. Since I didn't have eight fans on hand to build the full assembly, just imagine a mirror image of these four fans to complete the other half and you'll see the full setup. The second picture shows exactly how many brackets you need to print to build the full assembly. Brackets are used on both sides of each fan to create a sandwich that's about 33mm thick, according to reference pictures this should fit perfectly in the case. No holes are included in the end brackets for mounting to the rails because I couldn't get an accurate measurement of where they should go, so you'll need to drill them out manually. Generic case fan screws are used for the bracket assembly; you'll need a lot of them.
