Corsair Air 540 Side Panel LED Mounts

With the massive size of the Corsair air 540 mid tower case, I decided to add some LED lights to give it a brighter look. Ultimately, I chose to mount the LED stripes on the side panel, but struggled to find suitable locations for optimal coverage. So, I created these custom mounts that fit snugly between the acrylic window and the rails that slide into the case. These innovative mounts utilize the formed metal to secure themselves in place, while also utilizing the attachment points from the window as reference points to ensure precise alignment. By lining up the open slots on the mounts with the window, you can easily determine where each rail goes. I successfully printed these custom mounts six months ago without any issues related to temperature causing the PLA plastic to melt within the case.
