Corsair 220T Front panel honeycomb
thingiverse
I always wanted a honeycomb pattern on my front panel, but by the time I got a new case I couldn't find any models with one. Then I got a 3D printer. Instructions: 1. Set top & bottom layers to 0 2. Set a decent number of walls (3 was fine in my case) 3. Choose an infill pattern you like. My photos show the honeycomb (custom Cura, see below) and cross patterns 4. Set infill line multiplier (Cura) to >= 2. I used 3 5. Lower infill speed to your usual wall speed if your printer can't go that fast 6. Clean yer print surface You need to print 3 parts. Top and bottom stl's are identical. Remove your case glass and filter. Use a bit of hot glue to secure to the inside part of the filter. Printing is fast and the assembly process takes 10 minutes tops. If you want the honeycomb infill on Cura, you have to use a custom Cura release by smartavionics found on [GitHub](https://github.com/smartavionics/Cura). A thanks to the uploader. If anyone wants the measurements so they can make their own designs, feel free to message me. The specific case in question is the [Corsair 220T RGB](https://www.corsair.com/us/en/Categories/Products/Cases/Mid-Tower-ATX-Cases/220T-RGB/p/CC-9011190-WW).
