Printing with ABS is a great option when PLA sags significantly on a hot sunny day. Vapor smoothing the part also helped to create a more seamless clipping and rotation effect on the visor, resulting in an overall smoother finish. Moreover, the print just looks fantastic! I apologize for the subpar photos, unfortunately it was a rather dull gray day outside.
