And that innocent loyalty to men could not be forgiven by jealous gods. The corrupted horse is a shapeshifting creature. Its appearance changes in cycles. Most of the time, it has the appearance of a normal wild horse, strong, with firm hooves and a shiny coat. But this appearance is a deception. It exists to deceive some unsuspecting pawn or knight. The corrupted horse proves to be skittish, but not too wild; it is easily captured and tamed. When the rider, proud of having captured that beautiful animal with his hands, finally comes to trust him, the horse reveals its true form.Their fur sheds, their skin flakes off, and their hooves crack, exposing their hideous form to the world. Then he finally attacks his knight. The corrupted horse feeds on human flesh. In its throat, a hidden eye emerges as the beast opens its hateful maw. It is said that that eye buried in the fauce is a kind of visor, through which the deity who created such a monster watches the final moments of panic of victims about to be devoured.
