To achieve this tight tolerance, it's essential to ensure the screw cap does not have any noticeable "elephant foot" protrusions. Printed quickly and at a low cost, this device is highly efficient. Designed specifically for 0.8mm sheet thickness, although it likely accommodates thicker profiles as well. The base measures 20mm in height, corresponding with a 19mm profile. Secure the fixing using a countersunk decking screw.
