Corrugated roofing supports
thingiverse
This device makes it easy to secure corrugated roofing panels directly on top of a structure, which helps prevent water from pooling and reduces the risk of damage. It consists of three main components: a sturdy base that resembles a mushroom, a screw cap with a precise fit, and an optional protective cap. If you want the covering cap to fit snugly over the screw cap, make sure there's no raised edge or "elephant foot" where the two meet. The device is designed for rapid production at minimal cost. It was specifically created for 0.8mm sheet panels but may also work with thicker materials. The base measures 20mm in height to accommodate a 19mm profile, and you can secure it using a countersunk decking screw.
