A remodelling of a well known »Correction Roller« named "Wite-Out Correction Tape". This type has been designed as a "Side Dispenser", for a more ergonomical handling during the correction.Notes:The correction tape is modeled as a "dummy" and the guiding of the tape is not optimally modeled, but shows the correct principle of the guiding, as it is in reality. The friction clutch is realized by a radial friction between the concentrically placed »Supply Reel« and »Take-Up Reel«, with a new designed clutch ring, which has three spring arms. The clutch ring should be made of plastic material (recommended: »POM«).This types of correction rollers have been improved - again and again - regarding the friction clutch, until today. Whether a best solution has been ever reached, I don't know.Such a product seems to be a trivial development, but to find a proper solution for the friction clutch is a real challenge up to now.The continuously changing transmission ratio is the problem, for building loops of the tape and/or -tearing off.Available 3D-Data:STEP-file (.stp) of the complete assembly. All native files in a (.zip)-folder, for users of "Creo Parametric 2.0"If you download this relative accurate model, please don't forget to klick the "Like"-Button.
