Correction Roller

An old remodeled version of the famous "Correction Roller" called "MiniPocketMouse" is showcased here. The brand logo and mouse face are not modeled. The correction tape is displayed as a "dummy," with the supply wheel full and take-up wheel empty. Friction between the supply wheel and take-up wheel creates the friction clutch, similar to gears. I found this product in a drawer filled with miscellaneous items, unused for approximately 20 years and disassembled currently. Over time, correction rollers have been improved regarding the friction clutch. The friction clutch is challenging to perfect due to its continuous changing transmission ratio causing tape loops or tears. The model includes a STEP file of the assembly and native files in a zipped folder for Creo Parametric 2.0 users. Please click the "Like" button if you download this accurate model.
