Corps d'estrusion polyvalent pour Micro Delta
thingiverse
Hello, I've designed a new extruder body for the Micro Delta. It's versatile and allows you to adapt several hotends. It's in two parts so you can easily and quickly switch between hotends. The lower and upper parts are assembled with two M4 45mm bolts, threaded head, and two wing nuts. I've posted three upper parts for now. One that lets you attach the Hexagon hotend (the original one on the Micro Delta) and two others that let you attach the All in one hotend from Fourmix but with the Pneufit directly integrated. (Pneufit with M6 threading and Pneufit with 1/8" threading) The lower part is attached to the printer. The hotend and fans adapt to the upper part just like on the original extruder body. I noticed a slight difference between the 3D model dimensions and those of the printed piece with my Micro Delta, so I took that into account when designing my extruder body. Feel free to modify your parts to get everything to fit perfectly. If you have any issues, don't hesitate to contact me. Good print.
