IMPORTANT See the simple mask for general instructions: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4238391 Additionnal instructions: See pictures below. This mask requires soldering by melting at the junction between the side parts and central part. I used a soldering iron set to minimum temperature, which is very important. The correct temperature allows tin to melt with difficulty (more than 2-second contact before it melts). This prevents fumes from the filament and material perforation while soldering. Soldering airtight is achieved by slowly melting the joint in little gentle circles. I also soldered the inner part, which was more difficult. It's essential that you check airtightness by blocking air and blowing into the mask. I added the Fusion 360 file so you can adjust or see how to put the parts together. The valve can be fixed in place using 1 or 2 points melted with a soldering iron. After some testing, I prefer using it without the valve. The extra surface or filter given by the two lateral filters makes it very comfortable to breathe. Since we use it no more than one hour for shopping, it's totally fine without much wetting of the filter. Feel free to comment or ask. I'm working on a version that uses less material with more filter surface, making it even easier to breathe.
