The print is made from PLA, allowing for easy sterilization via microwave or direct cleaning with hydroalcoholic gel. The visor's design starts with a plastic folder binding, but it can also be crafted from soda bottle plastic and fine polycarbonate. To ensure a secure seal at the top, caregivers have requested that it remain closed, guaranteeing better protection. For added comfort and waterproofing, a foam seal has been incorporated. A significant innovation in this updated design is the visor fixing system. Gone are the days of drilling holes into the polycarbonate sheet; instead, a quick change system employs a hoop to support and block the sheet, making it easier to use and maintain. This update not only builds upon the original model's functionality but also significantly enhances ergonomics for medical professionals.
