Useful? Whimsical? This 3-D print is a belt clip to keep a roll of tissues (actually TP) handy so you don't have to fish in your pockets. The easy-to-print design demonstrates some handy techniques: snap fasteners and post-print thermoforming.

Print instructions

The Tissue Holder is assembled from four easily-printed parts.

You can directly print the thallparts.gcode file. If you prefer arranging and slicing the stl files yourself, be sure to rotate thclip so it prints flat on the bed. No supports are needed.

The CLIP must be bent after printing, a simple process using a cup of boiling water, as demonstrated in this video:
https://youtu.be/WhTXpCa65zI (note, ignore the first bend in the video; just perform the 180 deg bend for the belt clip)

Snap the CASE and CLIP together.

Tear off about a 4 ft length of toilet paper (from your hoard!) and fold lengthwise so it's only half as wide. Slip the end through the slot in the SPOOL, then wind the rest of the paper onto the SPOOL.

Insert the SPOOL in the CASE with the paper feeding out of the slot in the CASE.

Snap on the SNAP RING to hold the SPOOL inside the case.

Put it on your belt. Now you're ready for that sneeze or cough!

Stay healthy!
