<p>Useful? Whimsical? This 3-D print is a belt clip to keep your sanitizer bottle handy. The easy-to-print design demonstrates some handy techniques: a snap fastening of separately printed parts, and post-print thermoforming.</p> <h3>Print instructions</h3><p>The Sanitizer Holder is assembled from two easily-printed parts.</p> <ol> <li><p>You can directly print the shallparts.gcode file. Prefer arranging and slicing yourself? Use shclip.stl and shgrip.stl, but be sure to rotate shclip so it prints flat on the bed. No supports are needed.</p> </li> <li><p>The clip must be bent after printing, a simple process using a cup of boiling water, as demonstrated in this video:<br/> <figure class="media"> <oembed url="https://youtu.be/WhTXpCa65zI"></oembed> </figure> </p> </li> <li><p>Snap the two parts together and it's ready!</p> </li> <li><p>If you don't have a little bottle of sanitizer, use any travel size bottle (shampoo, etc) and replace the contents. You can heat and bend the bottle grip to match your bottle profile.</p> </li> </ol>
