Coronavirus Face Shield v4.6 - 3D printed or laser cut
thingiverse
The rear of the frame features a hole that allows one or more rubber bands or zip ties to be connected, enabling users to adjust the tension for optimal comfort. For extended wear periods, 1/4 or 3/8 foam weather stripping from home improvement stores like Home Depot, Lowe's, or Walmart can also be added. When assembling the face frame, holes should point downwards to ensure proper alignment. To enhance the adhesion of weather stripping, a small amount of hot glue can be applied directly to the frame. Additional resources for weather stripping and shields can be found in the comments section.
