Hello everybody, Because the corona pandemic is currently dominating the world, I also want to make a contribution. Since respiratory masks are scarce, I designed a clip that converts any cloth into a face mask with ease. The clip can be used on both sides, meaning you'll need to print out two sets of parts. Any fabric that can be washed at 60 degrees Celsius is suitable for the project (jersey, cotton, or similar). The fabric doesn't have to be punched if it's not too thick, such as old T-shirt material. Two cutting patterns are available: one with holes and one without. You can adjust them as needed. In addition to the clip, you'll need two pieces of elastic band that are 9 mm wide at most and 20-25 cm long. The clip consists of two parts that are clipped together with the fabric in between. TPU is used for printing because it's the most flexible when clipping. To make it easier to assemble the clip, I designed a small stamping tool as well. However, this one needs to be printed in PLA or ABS due to its strength requirements. You can find detailed installation instructions at https://youtu.be/-e1i5rm95WQ.
