Shield yourself from the sun's glare while peering into the eyepiece with a protective barrier. Utilize insulated bubble wrap commonly found in meal delivery packages, but cardboard or foam core board will also suffice. Simply cut it to size, ensuring it's not too large to flap about in the wind, and secure it between both pieces using 1/4 inch screws. Slide this shield over your PST body for optimal protection.
