Crafting a Coronado-style pot knob is a breeze when you're using the right tools and techniques. Start by creating discs on a lathe, but if you don't have access to one, you can easily make do with aluminium tape. Simply cut out a piece of tape that fits snugly into the knob's recessed area. Next, use steel wool or a hard sponge while rotating the knob to create an anisotropic reflection - a key characteristic of Coronado-style pots. The process is quite straightforward: just rub the abrasive material back and forth over the surface as it spins. Once you've achieved the desired level of reflectivity, print out your pot knobs using ABS plastic and smooth them down for a high-gloss finish. Finally, all that's left to do is tap in the hole and your Coronado-style pot knob is complete!
