This is a revised version from the original published on #hackthepandemic 51 Grams total in filament Printed at .2mm layer height with 4 upper, 4 lower and 3 perimeters layers I prefer SUNLU white PLA+ but any filament will obviously work perfectly fine I've loaded a bunch of photos to show the molding process which is quite nice and easy to ship flat. The user can custom fit it to their face easily. I find 110% works well for men while 95 to 105 suits women and kids best. Basically, boil a cup of water, pour it into a plate and mold the plastic as needed quickly. You can also use a hair dryer but boiling water works really well too.
