Important Note, mask-v6.stl is only 9 grams. It prints quickly and fits comfortably. Corona Mask, Transparent Shield. Mark the A4 Acrylic long edge with two lines 6cm apart on both sides. Drill through these marks using a drill press. Download the mask-v6 file from here and print it at 0.3 layer thickness. Start the first layer slow. Increase your normal print speed for subsequent layers. I use 75 for my Ender 3 Pro, but print density doesn't matter much. You can use PLA filament. No support or adhesive is needed. Pass through the transparent Acrylic and start printing. For the back, you can use rubber, string, or any type of cord. Rubber works best in my opinion. If you need more information, I'll share an example of Acrylic on A4 paper. It seems to work fine so far. Ver6 weighs only 9 grams.
