Important Note, mask-v6.stl is only 9g. It prints quickly and fits comfortably. For a Corona Virus Shield, Mask. Cut the A4 Transparent Acetate along its longer edge to 6cm on both sides. Punch a hole through both marks using a drill bit. Download the mask-v6 file from here and print it at 0.3 layer thickness. Print the first layer slowly. Increase your normal printing speed for subsequent layers. I use Ender 3 Pro at 75%... Printing density vs important isn't. It can be around 20%. Use PLA filament. No support or glue is needed. Ender 3 prints this design in two 45 minutes. Pass the transparent acetate through the printer. For the back, you can use rubber, twine, or any string. Rubber works better, I think. If you get acetate, I'll send an example. It seems to work fine on A4 paper. Ver6 weighs only 9g.
