I'm creating a custom lens replacement for the Caravan Porch light design, specifically designed for printing in 3D. The one shown here is printed in Transparent PLA and was made as a test project. When I have access to weather-resistant materials, I'll modify it to make it durable enough for outdoor use. The overhangs and tabs print perfectly without any supports or rafting. I successfully printed this design straight up on my Flashforge Inventor with no issues at all. No need for additional support structures or a raft. This lens replacement was created using Tinkercad, an online 3D modeling tool that allows you to edit designs directly in your web browser.
