This part is for attaching Coro(or most anything) to 3/4 emt tubing. The spacing between the mounting holes is exactly 1.75 inches, and those holes are designed specifically for #8 sheet metal screws.\r\nI highly recommend printing one of these first to check fit tolerances with your printer and adjust the scaling accordingly. Keep in mind that not all emt is the same diameter.\r\nThe sdl is modeled with a .95 diameter hole to fit the emt and .160 for the screws. Depending on where you get the screws, this should provide a good fit, but if the screws are oversized, it could split your print at the layers. To fix this issue, simply use a drill bit and enlarge them for a proper fit. Be careful not to over-tighten the 1/4 bolt, as you can end up weakening the rigidity of the plastic.\r\nIf you need any further modifications to the sdl, I can provide the stp file upon request so you can make your own adjustments. Hardware used: (2) #8 X 1.25 long (2) 5/32 X 7/8 fender washers (1) 1/4 X 1 inch long bolt and its matching nut (2) 1/4 regular flat washers
