This is a versatile clip that can be attached to 10mm coroplast decorations, allowing them to be securely fastened onto 1/2" SCH40 PVC pipe stands or mounts. To assemble the clip, simply thread #8 1-1/4" stainless machine screws into place - any size screw between 0.5 and 1 inch will work perfectly. The hole in the main bracket is intentionally narrow to accommodate various screw sizes, making it easy to adapt the clip to whatever hardware you have on hand. To prepare your coroplast decoration for attachment, drill a 0.5-inch hole into the material. Then, insert the bushing from the front side and secure it with a washer. Attach the bracket to the back of the decoration by screwing it in place - be careful not to overtighten, as this may damage the plastic. Snug is sufficient; over-tightening can lead to stripped threads. The bushing serves as a protective barrier, preventing the coroplast from being crushed when tightening the screw. This design was specifically created for Boscoyo ChromaBulb decorations but can be used with any 10mm coroplast decoration, offering a reliable and secure mounting solution.
