I am making a custom corner for my built box from polycarbonate sheets that are 5mm thick. The dimensions of the corner are 25x25x25(40) mm. I drilled holes into it with a 4mm thread, allowing me to attach other components later on. To assemble this corner, I am using a reversible hinge found here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1881492, a clamp lever from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3378822 and a handle from here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3543243.
