Corner Tapping Guide
thingiverse
This is a tapping guide for M5 screws in 2020 and 2040 extrusions. It's perfect for creating precise taps in these types of materials (6mm extrusion hole - both v-slot and t-slot should work, but I've only tested it with v-slot). I created this project because I didn't want to take apart my Tech2C Hypercube frame just to make some taps for adding rubber feet. I think it's extremely useful. I included a safety margin around the extrusions so they don't interfere with the guide. All horizontal corners are rounded, allowing you to print faster without worrying about dimensional accuracy due to ghosting. You won't need any supports to print this thing. Here is what you'll need: 4x M5 10mm screws 4x M5 T-nuts
