Simple, fully parameterized, easy to configure corner t-joint designed specifically for square poles. Specify width and depth of the poles, as well as the screw hole diameter. The thickness of the walls can also be easily configured. The tear=true/false and countersunk=true/false options enable you to customize the type and shape of the screw holes. You can further fine-tune your design by specifying two angles (alpha and beta), which control the angles of the screw holes - a feature that is particularly useful when selecting the teardrop shape for the screw holes. For optimal printability, it's recommended to leave the alpha angle untouched. The detail setting allows you to make adjustments that affect only the screw holes. When choosing detail=6 and countersunk=false, you get a nut-like shape of the screw holes, with an added tear=true option creating a slightly fuzzy appearance at the top (refer to the last .stl-file). This corner t-joint was created using OpenSCAD, making it advisable to utilize OpenSCAD for configuration. I developed this design as my second creation and, having yet to access a 3D-printer, I have not had the opportunity to test the pole mount yet!
