Corner Radius Router Template

I designed a custom corner radius template for woodworking projects that I couldn't find anywhere else, so I created one myself. The existing options didn't meet my requirements, and I wanted something specifically tailored to small projects that can be made with a router table. To ensure safety while working on the project, I included features that keep fingers far away from the cutting bit. The template comes in four sizes: 1", 1.5", 2", and 2.5" radius. I'm open to requests for other sizes if needed. So far, I've only used the 1" size, but the results have been excellent. I printed it with cheap PLA material, which surprisingly held up well to the bearing's friction. However, if you're doing a lot of corners at once, the bit might get hot and melt the plastic template. If that happens, try printing it with a higher temperature plastic material.
