I was looking for a reliable way to smooth out sharp edges on corners without relying solely on sanding. I've found that Irwin Razor blades provide the necessary durability, as they don't flex excessively like some other options. To assemble my corner smoothening tool, I utilized thumb screws from my CR10s Spool holder. The razor is strategically positioned to make a precise cut at an angle, rather than riding in the indent. Additionally, the corner's slight offset allows for easy adjustment by simply flipping the razor over and making another pass. If you need any further refinements, feel free to provide feedback.
