Corner mounting arms for aluminum light strip channels

I had some left over aluminum extrusion and light strips after a project and decided that rather than returning what I had I should buy a bit more and try to make a ‘corner lamp’ for the entertainment room.

After prototyping a bracket that could pressure fit in 2 extrusions back to back I designed and printed this first draft that has been working great for over a month now. My basement wall corner is cinderblock and so i decided just to use double sided adhesive for mounting.

I am still on the look out for a cover that can attach to the face of the light bar so that the diffused lights aren't directly visible but it isn't that bad and is a nice way to inject mood lighting into our TV room!

Link to the extrusions i used: via Amazon

Lightstrip used: Nanoleaf Essential
