Corner joints for hood enclosure CTC
thingiverse
I designed these corner joints specifically for assembling the hood of my CTC 3D printer. I deliberately omitted drawing holes into them since their size depends heavily on the diameter of the bolts you plan to use. You will need to drill them as you would with the perspex sheets. If you wish to replicate my approach, you'll have to print five 90-degree joints (joint.stl), eight small 90-degree joints (jointsmall.stl), and two 120-degree joints (jointangle.stl). The back of the hood is securely attached to the printer, while the rest can be easily removed. The dimensions for cutting the perspex sheets are clearly outlined in the accompanying drawing.
