A Beatles-inspired corner guard for a box or other 90-degree corner is in the works, featuring three legs that measure approximately 57mm each. To assemble, simply print three parts and glue them together at the 45-degree edge. For optimal results, I recommend printing this design in ABS due to its excellent gluing properties. This corner guard can be printed with any material, but I chose ABS for its durability and ease of use. To maximize strength, I used a 100% fill setting with a .8mm wall thickness, ensuring that the part can withstand accidental bumps and tumbles while maintaining crisp small lettering. To add visual interest to your corner guard, consider changing filament after reaching a z height of 1.5mm (plus raft height). This will allow you to use a contrasting color for the lettering and pick, adding an extra layer of detail and making this design truly one-of-a-kind.
