I was fed up with not having a flat glass over my hotbed when relying solely on two paper clips to minimize the area lost in the hotbed. Additionally, there were instances where the nozzle of the hotend or the auto bed level sensor (using a 3D Touch at present) would collide with the clips and disrupt either the print or the leveling process. I experimented with magnets and corner holders, as well as utilizing the same corner piece to hold the cork sheet I use for insulating the hotbed. However, this was not a satisfactory solution, which is why I opted for a more straightforward approach and designed this holder. The distance from the hotbed edges to the screws may vary in measurement. Accuracy is crucial if you do not want your bolts or springs to become stressed due to excessive tension. Since this design aims to secure the glass over your hotbed, you can attempt printing it with ABS (I currently lack a spool of this material) so that the hotbed will not soften the corners and the glass will remain stationary despite sudden bed movements. At present, I am printing PLA and PETG using a hotbed temperature of 50 and 80 degrees, respectively, and this design still performs effectively while the pieces exhibit no signs of deformation. Moreover, it maintains a secure hold on the glass without compromising its flatness. This holder functions by drawing the glass inward and downward, thanks to the "flexibility" or "stretch" inherent in the material, which yields a snug fit (at least in my Anet A8).
