This is a modified foot designed specifically for the popular MPCNC, accommodating 25mm conduits. A new foot was created inspired by the original and tailored to resemble it as closely as possible. The goal was to attach the MPCNC to a 12mm thick MDF plate using 20mm M5 bolts, necessitating some adjustments. Several changes were made: the foot is fastened to the surface using 4x M5 bolts. A base of 5mm is utilized with fixed spacers of 4mm for each bolt, enabling the use of 20mm M5 bolts on a 12mm surface. The second model omits the fixed spacers, making it compatible with 10-15mm M5 bolts. A single 20mm m4 screw and m4 nut are employed to tighten the foot around the conduit. Users can download the STL file as normal or access Autodesk 360 to view the model and download it in their preferred file format. Drilling and Line-Guide Features Two simple drilling guides have been added. The outer mounting holes for the feet are situated 2,5cm from the edge of my MDF plate on two sides. The smaller guide can be utilized both for drawing a line and drilling holes afterwards. The longer guide positions the holes 7,5cm from the edge. Both files have been shared as normal STLs, with the smaller one also available on Autodesk 360 for viewing in 3D and downloading in various formats. Custom Section Foot Drilling Guide Two simple drilling guides were added to ensure accurate hole placement for the feet. The guide holes are 3mm in diameter, allowing for precise alignment of each leg of the MPCNC. These guides were also used to draw straight lines, ensuring that all legs line up perfectly.
