Based on the original https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:105900 Please take a look at the reference for the M5 original version and other parts. After running out of M5 screws, I decided to modify this part to accommodate M3 and M4 screws without requiring a washer. Two versions are now available - one designed specifically for M3 screws (with 3.5mm holes) and another for M4 screws (featuring 4.5mm holes). I've also added a text label (M3 or M4) to easily distinguish between the two versions.
