This part is designed specifically for attaching two 2040 extrusions, one placed vertically and the other horizontally, at their 4cm wide sides using A8 bases. It's engineered to work seamlessly with M5 bolts. If you're interested in an M4 version, simply send a message and I'll modify it directly from the source file. Eight holes are strategically positioned for use, four on each side of the joint. The inner holes have been carefully offset to ensure optimal screw head clearance.
