I've seen similar concepts and commercial products out there, but I wanted to create something with an even more robust strap-retaining bar. That's why I decided to design one from scratch using OpenSCAD. You're welcome to use it. The STL is optimized for a 1" strap, but you can easily adjust the size in the OpenSCAD version if needed.
