Corner Clamp
thingiverse
Changed to an octagonal design. Also adapted the trapezoidal design so that the internal support does not come out. Integrated print design. To make it easier to separate the supports, the interior was redesigned from the beginning to print with a 2 mm offset. The octagonal shape was made to make it easier for the clamps to catch. It also ensures stability during printing. The original design was challenging and interesting to print in one piece. I learned a lot. Trouble with the central support ejection and penetration of the hole. At the same time, to compensate for the lack of strength, the slide section was increased by 2mm in thickness. The integrated design was written out of technical interest. In a real product, it would be a two-piece design. I uploaded that too.
